On October 15, 2026, Abia Villa & Suite Legian held a Melaspas ceremony, a sacred Balinese Hindu ritual that reflects our respect for local traditions and our commitment to creating spaces filled with positive energy, harmony, and peace.
Derived from the Balinese language, Melaspas is a purification and blessing ceremony traditionally performed when a new building is completed or before it is first occupied. The ceremony symbolizes gratitude, spiritual cleansing, and the hope that the space will bring balance, protection, and positive energy to everyone who enters it.
For Abia Villa & Suite Legian, this ceremony marks more than the opening of new facilities. It represents a meaningful new chapter, one that embraces the beauty of Balinese culture while continuing to enhance the guest experience.
A New Space for Romance and Comfort
One of the highlights of our latest additions is the Jacuzzi Honeymoon Suite, thoughtfully designed with an elegant style and a cozy atmosphere. Combining modern comfort with a touch of tropical charm, the suite offers an intimate setting for couples seeking a romantic getaway, honeymoon escape, or an extended stay in Bali. Every detail is designed to create a sense of relaxation and privacy, allowing guests to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy their time together in the heart of Legian

A Sanctuary for Relaxation and Rejuvenation
Alongside our new suite, Abia Villa & Suite Legian also welcomed a new spa room through the Melaspas ceremony. Designed to offer a calm and inviting atmosphere, this new space is dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation.
After a day spent exploring Bali’s beautiful beaches, cultural landmarks, and vibrant streets, guests can look forward to taking a moment for themselves, unwinding, and allowing their bodies and minds to recharge. The opening of our new spa room reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a more complete and memorable stay, where comfort extends beyond accommodation
Where Hospitality Meets Balinese Culture

At Abia Villa & Suite Legian, hospitality is about more than providing a place to stay. It is also about appreciating the local culture, respecting traditions, and creating meaningful experiences that connect our guests with the spirit of Bali.
The Melaspas ceremony represents this philosophy. As we welcome our new spaces, we also embrace the values of harmony, gratitude, and positive energy that are deeply rooted in Balinese tradition.
With our new Jacuzzi Honeymoon Suite and spa room, we look forward to welcoming guests into an enhanced experience that combines thoughtful design, heartfelt hospitality, and the timeless warmth of Balinese culture.
